Camp Hill Shopping Center sold for $90M

CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) — It’s tough times for malls, but Camp Hill Shopping Center just sold for $90 million.

It was not even on the market and it is unknown who bought it from Cedar Reality Trust. The shopping center does not have a lot of empty store fronts like you see at other malls.

It is 97% occupied including Giant, Barnes and Noble and a LA Fitness are all there.
