Cumberland Co. teen arrested after stash of drugs found in Ocean City, MD

OCEAN CITY, Md (WHTM) – A 19-year-old man from Enola, Cumberland County is in a Maryland jail after police said a large stash of drugs was found in his Ocean City, Md motel room.  

Staff at the motel went into Justin Culley’s room after he missed check-out time. That’s when police said they found the drugs in plain sight. 

Police seized several pounds of marijuana, over 300 prescription pills, and a large amount of mushrooms, LSD, MDMA, and additional drug paraphernalia in the room. A K-9 team scanned the suspect’s vehicle where additional mushrooms and more than $1,100 in money was also found.

Culley was arrested after he returned to the hotel.

His is charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute LSD, possession of marijuana over 10 grams, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, and four counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Culley is being held without bond at the Worcester County Jail.
