Cumberland County church holds annual Living Christmas Tree performances

NEWBURG, Pa (WHTM) - The annual Living Christmas Tree performances continues in Cumberland County. 

The performances at the Newburg First Church of God's started Thursday night. 

The tree is made up of choir members from the church. 

"This is very special because it really proclaims the real meaning of Christmas. It's the reason for Christmas, we feel strongly that we need to get that message out," said Sandy Hummel, Newburg First Church of God. 

Performances will be held on Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
