CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) — A Pittsburgh man was arrested after police say he damaged ice sculptures at Carlisle’s Ice Art Festival.
Louis Colangelo, 21, pushed over and kicked four sculptures along the first block of West High Street late Saturday, causing $1,500 in damage, police said.
He is charged with criminal mischief and public drunkenness.
The weekend festival featured more than 75 ice sculptures through the downtown area.
