A Chambersburg man is charged with attempted homicide for firing multiple shots into a home while two adults and three children were inside, police said.
Kimoli Martin, 22, was charged Friday after DNA tests confirmed a stolen gun he had was used for the shooting incident in the 200 block of Birch Street on Sept. 24. Martin was arrested a week after the shooting for having the stolen gun and drugs, police said.
Martin is charged with five counts each of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment. He also faces numerous firearms charges.
