The Perry County coroner’s office has released the name of a woman who died Monday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on Route 11/15.
Karen Clites, 64, of Elliottsburg, was a passenger in a 2004 Honda CR-V that left the roadway at Old Trail Road in Buffalo Township and overturned on its roof as it went down an embankment.
The driver, 72-year-old Richard Clites, was taken to Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital for medical treatment, state police in Newport said.
The crash is still under investigation.
