Local

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania Department of Health will deliver naloxone to Harrisburg International Airport Thursday.

This is part of the governor’s ongoing effort to expand access to life-saving medication and decrease opioid overdoses across the commonwealth.

HIA is one of several airports in Pennsylvania receiving the life-saving medication.

Naloxone reverses an opioid overdose.
