A man and woman have been arrested for stealing home packages throughout Dauphin County.

Susquehanna Township Police say they were called to the 100 block of Millwood Dr. in Harrisburg for report of an active theft.

Officers say the victim watched a man walk onto her porch and take a package that was delivered to her home. She then saw the man get into a car with a woman and flee the scene.

The victim was able to relay the license plate number to the police, who in turn were able to track down the car on Linglestown Road.

Authorities say the victim was taken to the scene and was able to confirm the identity of the male.

Police arrested 31-year-old Matthew Dickerson, and 30-year-old Samantha Cox in connection with this crime.

Police say they searched the car and found additional mail and packages from residents throughout Dauphin County, along with drug paraphernalia.

The pair is currently being held in Dauphin County prison on $25,000 dollars bail.
