7-year-old collects over $700 in pennies for service dog group


A 7-year-old raised more than $700 for Leader Dogs for the Blind.

Breanna Davis collected pennies for the organization, which provides service dogs to people with visual impairments.

The Spring Glen resident tallied her pennies at Mid Penn Bank in Elizabethville and reached $753.04.

The bank chipped in so she could donate a total of $1,000.
