HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg announced that fully vaccinated parishioners no longer need to wear masks at mass.

The updated policy aligns with the new CDC guidance.

Members of the clergy will continue to wear masks while walking past parishioners and during communion.

The Diocese also says capacity limits for masses will be lifted Memorial Day weekend.
