HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Police closed part of North Sixth Street in Harrisburg on Monday as they arrested suspects and searched for others in the armed robbery of a Rite Aid store.
The 2300 block of North Sixth, between Seneca and Curtin streets, was closed for more than two hours before reopening around 5:30 p.m.
The search was related to an armed robbery Monday afternoon at the Rite Aid on Derry Street. Police said the robbers took prescription drugs and money.
Police said it’s too early to tell if the robbery is related to armed holdups at five city businesses on Saturday evening.
