Harrisburg police say they’re no longer looking for a person they previously identified as a “person of interest” in a fatal shooting over the weekend.

Police wanted to question Antoine Geter in the slaying of 39-year-old Daniel Chacon.

They said Tuesday that Geter is no longer being sought and the investigation continues.

Chacon was found lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound when officers were called to the 200 block of South 15th Street on Sunday at around 9:43 p.m.

He was taken to a hospital where he died.
