Harrisburg police are investigating a shooting that critically injured a person Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to a home in the first block of North 20th Street around 4:42 p.m. and found a man in his 20’s suffering from two gunshot wounds to his midsection, police said.
The man told investigators he was walking on 20th Street and fled when he heard gunshots. He said he reached the home and realized he had been hit, police said in a news release.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
