Lake Tobias Wildlife Park has welcomed its second giraffe.
The giraffe arrived at the park in Halifax this week. He’s only 6 months old but he’s already 9 feet tall.
He’s a roommate to Spike, the park’s first giraffe, at Lake Tobias’s new giraffe barn.
Spike arrived last month.
Both animals have to get acclimated to their new home before they meet their public. Park officials aren’t sure how long that will take.
