Police say they arrested a man who crashed a van into a Swatara Township building during a domestic dispute two months ago.

Christopher C. Forster Jr., 46, faces charges of aggravated assault by vehicle, stalking, and other counts regarding the March 23 crash in the 500 block of Second Street.

He surrendered to police Wednesday and was placed in Dauphin County Prison on $50,000 cash bail on the charges, and $25,000 bail on a separate charge in indirect criminal contempt.

The victim told police that Forster followed her when she left her home for work. She said he then rammed the van into her car, causing the crash.

The woman was treated for nonlife-threatening injuries.
