Police say no charges will be filed in a fatal two-vehicle crash in Swatara Township last week.
Barbara Mitchell,77, of Elizabethtown, died at a hospital after the crash Friday afternoon in the 1000 block of Eisenhower Boulevard.
Mitchell was a passenger in one of the vehicles.
Police said they reviewed the case with the district attorney’s office before determining that no charges would be filed.
