Old Bishop McDevitt High School building sold for $300K

Harrisburg

The old Bishop McDevitt High School building in Harrisburg has a new owner.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg said a group of investors bought the building for $300,000.

The eight-acre property is located at 2200 Market Street.

An auction was held for the property in August with bids starting at $400,000, but there were no bidders.

It is unclear what the investors will do with the property.
