Protests continue in Harrisburg for third day

Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) –A third day of protesting continued Monday at Pennsylvania’s Capitol after one that became violent on Saturday and Sunday’s protest, which remained peaceful.

Police Commissioner Thomas Carter helped allay tensions in a previous protest and spoke with protestors on Monday as well.
