HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – A 14-year-old boy critically injured in a shooting in Harrisburg earlier this month has died at a hospital, Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo said.
Alzerene Niree Pierce was shot April 13 at 14th and Market streets and died Friday.
Police said 22-year-old Levi Deshazo-Danner shot Pierce during an argument. Deshazo-Danner was arrested on April 15 and charged with attempted homicide and related crimes.
Deshazo-Danner will be charged with homicide. He is in Dauphin County Prison without bail.
