A worker was seriously injured when he was run over by a tree trimming truck in Swatara Township on Friday morning, police said.
Police said the truck rolled forward from a stationary position while the tree trimming crew was in the area of Stacey Drive at MacArthur Drive.
The truck was quickly stopped, but not before the worker suffered serious injuries.
Arriving officers applied a tourniquet to his leg to control the bleeding. He was rushed to a hospital for emergency treatment, police said.
