The Hershey Company wants to make your day a little sweeter.
Today marks Milton S. Hershey’s 161st birthday, and in honor his legacy of bringing people together, workers are taking a break from the office and taking to the streets to share chocolate bars.
“There isn’t anything you don’t like about chocolate. It tastes good, it feels good in your mouth, and it can actually help you a little bit. Gives you that energy in the afternoon when you need it,” said Terry O’Day, Chief Heartwarmer, Hershey Company.
Employees shared thousands of chocolate bars in communities across the nation.
