2 teens in custody for shooting in Lancaster

Two Lancaster teenagers have surrendered to police to face charges in a shooting last week that critically injured a 28-year-old man.

Police had been looking for 16-year-old Philip Dickinson and a 14-year-old boy.

Dickinson is charged as an adult with aggravated assault, robbery, and other crimes regarding the shooting Friday afternoon in the 600 block of Third Street. 

The younger boy is charged as a juvenile.

Dickinson turned himself in Monday and was placed in Lancaster County Prison on $1 million bail. 

The 14-year-old also turned himself in Monday. He was taken to the Youth Intervention Center.
