A Lancaster man with previous drug-dealing convictions will serve up 11 years in prison for selling cocaine.

Rhamin Turner was sentenced to 5.5 to 11 years behind bars, the district attorney’s office said.

Turner, 44, was convicted at trial last year for sales he made while under police surveillance from April to June 2016.

Prosecutors said one of the sales was in a parking lot at Hand Middle School on South Ann Street.
