Lancaster County seeing floodwaters continue to rise and close roads


LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Many road and school closures have been felt all across the Midstate, and Lancaster County is no different.

One underpass that is notorious for flooding has doubled from two inches to four inches in rainwater. It even has a sign that says when there is water, to turn around immediately.
