LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — The celebration will be held on North Queen Street and there will be a live concert by ‘One Too Many’ before they lower the signature red rose.
The concert begins at 10 p.m. and the countdown to midnight starts at 11:50 p.m. with a fireworks finale at midnight.
