Man accused of stealing key fobs at auto auction

A New York man was arrested after he stole 19 key fobs from numerous cars at the Manheim Auto Auction, police said.

Henadzi I. Bondarau, 70, of Brooklyn, was taken into custody by plainclothes investigators as he was sorting through the key fobs on April 6, Northern Lancaster County Regional police said.

The key fobs were valued at $6,700.

Bondarau is charged with a felony count of theft by unlawful taking, which he waived to court at a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
