A hole at the Tanger Outlets in Lancaster County may still be there when Black Friday rolls around.
A section of the parking lot sank last month and stranded eight parked vehicles. The excavated hole now covers 160 parking spaces.
Tanger is working with Dutch Wonderland, on the other side of Route 30, to set up overflow parking and shuttle service on weekends during the holiday shopping season.
Since the cause of the collapse is still unknown, it’s not considered a sinkhole.
A repair plan is still in the works.
