LANCASTER, Pa (WHTM) – Just days after his previous company shut down amid a fraud investigation, Seth Obetz is looking to start a new energy company.

A post attributed to Obetz on the website obetzenergy.com said former employees and customers of Worley and Obetz have organized to start up a new energy, heating and cooling company.

Worley and Obetz shut down on Monday in the midst of a fraud investigation involving the company’s CEO. Details on that investigation have not been revealed, but three banks associated with Worley and Obetz reported they will take a loss of more than 50-million dollars.

According to a filing with the Department of Labor and Industry, 150 people lost their job with the closure of Worley and Obetz.

Obetz said he hopes to have the new company up and running in July.
