Pennsylvania Agriculture Secretary comes to Lancaster to talk PASS

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — The state Agriculture Secretary is showing his support for more funding for a program that helps companies get food to those in need. Russell Redding came to Hess Brother’s Fruit Company on Mahiem Pike Thursday afternoon.

Gov. Wolf has proposed to give the Pennsylvania Agricultural Surplus System an additional $1 million. PASS helps low-income families eat more healthfully.
