CORNWALL, Pa. (WHTM) - Cornwall is considering banning residents from feeding feral cats.
The borough council is scheduled to vote on the issue next month.
Some people are saying there are too many cats, and they have concerns when it comes to human health. Others say not feeding the cats is just plain mean.
Paws of PA says it is starting a petition against the feeding ban. The group has spayed and neutered over 200 cats in the borough and has tried to work with officials on the issue.
The borough did not respond to our request for comment.
Feral cats stirred up a debate in Cornwall before, when the council also considered the change in 2017.
