Lebanon honors 100-year-old World War II veteran


LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) — The City of Lebanon honored a World War II veteran with a proclamation on his 100th birthday.

Dale Chapman fought in the Battle of the Bulge during World War II.

Chapman turned 100 on Saturday, April 11.

Lebanon City Mayor Sherry Capello presented him with a proclamation during a private ceremony at his home at Hill Terrace.
