Pa. lawmakers return for 10-day session

State lawmakers return to Harrisburg on Monday and have just 10 days to tackle some major decisions before recessing for the November election.

Legislators are expected to consider a bill that would allow people sexually assaulted as children to file lawsuits beyond the current time limit. Victims currently cannot sue once they turn 30 years old.

Lawmakers are also expected to take up legislation that would increase penalties for repeat DUI drivers.
