Police are trying to locate the owner of a rather unusual device that turned up in Adams County over the weekend.
A Styrofoam cooler had electronic equipment and was attached to a balloon. It was discovered Sunday in the 400 block of Brickcrafter Road in Mount Pleasant Township, east of Gettysburg.
State police said there is no return information on the items. They’re asking the owner to call the Gettysburg station at 717-334-8111 to retrieve their property.
