Quincy Township supervisor steals $150k in commonwealth and taxpayer money

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Franklin County supervisor has been charged after prosecutors say he stole $150,000 in commonwealth and taxpayer money.

The Attorney General’s office says Quincy Township supervisor, Kerry Bumbaugh, forged documents to get insurance money, faked township invoices and hired township employees to do work on his property during work hours.
