Roundtop Mountain, Liberty Mountain, and Whitetail Resort have new owners.

Snow Time, Inc. announced Monday that it has entered into an agreement to sell the three central Pennsylvania ski resorts to Peak Resorts, the owner of Big Boulder and Jack Frost resorts in the Poconos and 12 other ski areas in the Northeast and Midwest.

Irv Naylor, who founded Snow Time in 1964, has retired and together with his family has decided it is time to transfer ownership of the resorts, the company said in a news release.

The staff, management teams, and resort offerings will remain the same.

Pass holders at Liberty, Roundtop, and Whitetail who have already purchased or renewed their season passes may upgrade to the Peak Pass and enjoy all 10 of Peak’s northeast resorts. Details including pricing options will be available in the coming weeks.
