Two York County people are accused of delivering drugs to a Delta man who died in his apartment last June.
Katherine Miller, 32; and Erick Mullins, 24, also of Delta, sold drugs and a used needle to the 29-year-old man before his death in the 300 block of Main Street on June 21, state police said.
Miller and Mullins were arrested Thursday on felony counts of drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit drug delivery resulting in death, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Mullins was in York County Prison on $125,000 bail, pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 22. Miller was released on unsecured bail.
