Coroner responds to York Township car crash


YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – The coroner is on the scene of a crash in York County.

According to emergency dispatch, crews were sent to a crash on Leader Heights Road near Powder Mill Road in York Township just after 3 a.m. on December 30.

The York County Coroner’s office says EMS attempted to resuscitate the male driver, but he did not survive. The death has been ruled to be due to a medical event that transpired while he was operating the vehicle.

They say there were no passengers involved.
