Man charged with drug crimes after breaking into own home

LEWISBERRY, Pa. (WHTM) - A York County man is charged with felony drug dealing after police say they found marijuana and cocaine when he locked himself out of his home.

Fairview Township police said they got a call for a reported burglary in progress after 41-yr old Aaron Creamer broke a window to get back inside his Lewisberry apartment on May 11.

The responding officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the home. When they searched, they found 3.5 pounds of marijuana, over 1,000 grams of liquid marijuana, about 15 grams of powder cocaine mixed with ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Creamer's probation officer was notified and he was charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said they found smaller quantities of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when they returned to the home with an arrest warrant on May 31. Creamer was charged again, this time for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
