Man sought for questioning in York woman’s death

York police have identified a man they want to question in the death of a 65-year-old woman Thursday evening.

Police are looking for 52-year-old Anthony Starks. They want to question him as part of their investigation into the death of 65-year-old Edna Pinder.

Pinder was found dead in her home in the 200 block of Kings Mill Road around 8:24 p.m.

Investigators don’t yet know how she died. York County Coroner Pam Gay said the death may be suspicious.

An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
