Officials question credentials of elections director

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – York County has a new director to oversee its elections, but state and county officials are questioning his credentials and biases.

York lost its previous director in November after an election many described as chaotic in the shift from electronic to paper ballots.

A new leader was named last week, but both Democrats and Republicans are voicing concerns and lack of confidence.
