Part of Interstate 83 in York County temporarily closed Thursday afternoon after turning into a big sand trap.
A dump truck overturned and spilled sand in the northbound lanes at the Glen Rock exit.
The driver was flown to a hospital.
The interstate reopened after the cleanup.
