Mecum Auto Auction kicks off in Harrisburg

A thousand vehicles are up for bid in Harrisburg now through Saturday.

It’s all part of the Mecum Auto Auction which kicks off Thursday. It’s at the Farm Show Complex for the fifth year in a row. 

The auction is open to buyers, sellers and spectators. Tens of thousands of collectors and admirers are expected.

Vehicles for sale include muscle cars, classic cars, hot rod trucks, and luxury cars.

Last year, folks from around the country came, drawing bidders from 41 states. 

Prices of these cars range from $5,000.00 to more than $500,000.

Gates open at 8 a.m. and the show begins at 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 am. 

Tickets are $30 per person, per day. Kids 12 and under are free.You can get tickets online at the link below or at the gate the day of.
