Existing Midstate home sales have dropped again; real estate market cooling off

(WHTM) — Soaring prices and limited available properties are discouraging many would-be buyers in the latest real estate market.

Existing home sales fell for the fourth straight month in May, however, the national association of realtors says sales from last May were up nearly 45%.

The drop in sales suggests the hot housing market is cooling off a bit.
