Pennsylvania firefighters to battle wildfires in California


HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Pennsylvania firefighters are set to leave Monday to help fight wildfires in Northern California.

Two 20-person crews are expected to leave at noon to head over to Northern California.

They’ll join groups from Maine, Maryland, and New England.

The Red Bank Fire in Tehama County has burned more than 8,800 acres and it is only 20% contained.
