Pennsylvania’s first case of the measles has been confirmed in Pittsburgh.

The Allegheny County Health Department said an adult who is not vaccinated contracted the disease. The person had recently traveled internationally.

The case is not linked to any ongoing measles outbreak in the U.S.

There are over 700 cases of measles across the U.S., the highest in 25 years.
