Victim shot after crash near Pittsburgh

A woman was shot and killed by she had an active protection from abuse against in Butler County. The suspect was later found dead in the cemetery from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, said state police.

Investigators said the 62-year-old  Mary Jo Kornick of Freeport was leaving work Saturday afternoon when she crashed in Buffalo Township, Butler County. A 72-year-old Nicholas Domek III of Pittsburgh drove to the scene and shot her. 

Kornick later died at a hospital. 

Domek was found dead in a Pittsburgh cemetery.
