SCRANTON, Pa. (WHTM) - People in a Scranton neighborhood woke up to a huge water fountain that wasn't there the night before.
A water main break Friday morning sent water gushing about 30 feet into the air.
A Pennsylvania American Water spokesperson told television station WNEP that a contractor hit a 16-inch main.
The spokesperson said about 40 homes and businesses were without water until the main was repaired.
