No prosecution of citations issued in Lancaster Co. pursuant to stay-at-home orders

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office will not be prosecuting citations pursuant to the Disease Prevention and Control Law.

This means the Lancaster County D.A. will not be prosecuting businesses who violate the Governor’s stay-at-home orders. You can read the full letter from the county here.
