HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) Two people were hospitalized after their truck crashed into the Susquehanna River.

The crash happened just before 3 a.m. Saturday at North Front and Maclay Streets.

Police said they don’t know what caused the crash.

In a statement, police say they struggled to get the occupants out of the truck until members of the Harrisburg Fire Department arrived with additional equipment.

Both victims are expected to recover from their injuries, according to police.
