To memorialize the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci, an Italian artist created a giant image of him in a field using a tractor.

Dario Gambarin, a so-called “land artist,” plowed lines and curves to form a representation of da Vinci’s face. It measures 10 square miles across an expanse of farmland that is owned by Gambarin’s parents.

Anyone wanting to see this work of art up close will need to act fast because the image will soon be plowed over in order to cultivate the land for crops.
